About the customer

Founded in 2017, Milly’s is becoming one of the UK’s favourite dog grooming and pet product brands. They manufacture ethical industry-leading pet grooming products for professional pet groomers around the world using plant-based botanicals, pure essential oils and vitamins. All of the ingredients used in their products are ethically sourced with only natural or naturally derived ingredients to achieve award winning results.

Where it all began

Following extensive searches and research for a new label supplier we had narrowed our results down to 2 companies, 1 being Labelnet. After various conversations with sales rep, Richard Baldwin, we quickly realised that Labelnet could provide us with much more flexibility and provide greater services whilst offering us great customer service. We have been using Labelnet for over 12 months now.

 

What were you looking for?

The reason we were looking to change supplier in the first place was because our previous labels came from a company based in Germany, but following Brexit and the pandemic placing orders became expensive and delivery dates became very erratic.

Ultimately, we wanted to find UK based label suppliers with several years trading behind them who had worked with substantial brands as clients. Our reason for this was if larger brands can place their trust into a business, then our growing brand can do the same.

What challenges did you face?

We needed someone with the ability to print on a PE material versus PP which was used from our previous supplier.

How did Labelnet help?

Labelnet’s expert knowledge and wide array of materials and printing options enabled our brand to develop a brand-new image with new packaging for our product range, not to mention the superb customer service we received right from our initial enquiries. All our questions were answered in detail, with reassurance provided throughout our onboarding process.

Following the launch of our new brand last September, our brand has already grown 165% versus the previous year, with many customers praising our brands new look.
